The course will cover the law and workplace and how it applies. The purpose of the Act and where does the Act apply. Protected characteristics, what are they and how they are applied.
Changes in the law which has affected the Act. Types of discrimination and the new definitions. Prejudice in Care and the new changes in Characteristics.
